1. Introduction

Welcome to Sing and Solve Accounting (“Product”), provided by SEKAEL (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using the Sing and Solve Accounting kit, the PDF Guides, the Interactive Quiz Engines, the Sing Along Players, or any related materials (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or use the Product.

2. Nature of the Product

You understand and agree that Sing and Solve Accounting is a digital product. It allows for the immediate download of digital files, including but not limited to:

No physical product will be shipped to you. All materials are delivered electronically.

3. License and Intellectual Property

Upon purchase, SEKAEL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Product for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

3.1 Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

  • Upload the Product to any file-sharing website, shared drive, or public forum.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the source code of the Interactive Quiz Engine (HTML/JS files).

  • Create derivative works based on our stories, mnemonics, or curriculum.

All content, including text, graphics, code, stories, and audio, is the intellectual property of SEKAEL and is protected by copyright laws.

4. Payments and Pricing

4.1 Pricing

The Product is sold for a one-time payment of $27 USD (or the equivalent in your local currency as determined by the payment processor). We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, though such changes will not affect past purchases.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways (e.g., Digistore24). By making a purchase, you also agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment processor. SEKAEL does not store your full credit card information.

5. Refund Policy (60-Day Guarantee)

We stand behind our product with a 60-Day Risk-Free Guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with the Product for any reason, you may request a full refund within 60 days of your original purchase date.

  • How to Request: Please follow the refund procedures outlined in your purchase receipt or contact the payment processor (Digistore24) directly. You may also contact us at info@sekael.com for assistance.

  • Effect of Refund: Upon receiving a refund, your license to use the Product is immediately revoked, and you must delete all downloaded files from your devices.

You acknowledge that the Product requires a device with a modern web browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Edge) and a PDF reader to function. We are not responsible for technical issues arising from outdated hardware or incompatible software on your device.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Japan.
